Core Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Actively prospect and secure new clients across SMB, enterprise, and government sectors, with a strong focus on building a sustainable customer base.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Develop, promote, and manage the execution of sales pipeline opportunities you’ve created, ensuring consistent deal progression and closure.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and craft tailored IT solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth and strategic objectives.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive IT solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct internal and external research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in the IT industry, ideally in solution selling and account growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive IT environment.
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Market research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies.
  • IT certifications (Sales or Technical) from leading vendors are a plus.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
